Having served as a team member of national football team of Nepal for over a decade followed by coaching career including AFC certification, National Award Gorkha Dakshin Baahu from the late King of Nepal, Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev, I, Basanta Gauchan, am currently working as a professional coach for “Fun Roots Academy, Japan”. For the last three years, I, along with Mr. Prakash Tulachan, also have had an honor to coordinate the participation of Nepalese children team in Copa Puma Toreros Cup held in Japan every year.
